seen on screen- the last 13

I study the craft of film through observation, for some time now I have kept a list of films I watch completely (has to be from title card to credits for it to count). I note the title of the film and the year it came out then give it a grade on the A to F scale.

To spare redundancy I will disclose that the highest graded are The Eyes of Laura Mars, Svengali and 100 Yen Love (C+), lowest graded was Dark Eyes (D) and everything else was a C. Here are the last 13 films I have watched. It was my first time viewing all thirteen of these films.

1. Antibirth (2016)

2. Crow II: City of Angels (tv version) (1996)

3. The Eyes of Laura Mars (1978)

4. I Married a Witch (1942)

5. Svengali (1931)

6. Blood on Satan’s Claw (1971)

7. Strays (1971)

8. The Sect (1991)

9. 100 Yen Love (2014)

10. American Gothic (1988)

11. Dark Eyes (1982)

12. Genuine (1920)

13. Ragdoll (1999)

And this is what the Devil does….

There was a production meeting on Pranksgiving and I am still waiting to do

the two shoots I mentioned here, aside from that,

I have been watching a lot of films lately; Skyfall,VHS,Killer Joe, Departures,Burn Witch Burn,The Devil Rides Out, Simon King of Witches and lots more in between. I even watched all of American Horror Story. My favorite has to be Excision, a deviant delight ,the type of film that I would LOVE to do as an actress.  In addition to Excision, other films I really enjoyed discovering and watching include Alucarda (number 2 favorite from this list), Day of the Beast and To Cast a Deadly Spell.

Death Game/Mirror Mirror

How many licks does it take to reach the demonic center of a haunted mirror ?

Did not shoot the class portion of the one thing that I was supposed to take part in today due to one of the instructors, who literally got down with the sickness.

I have been watching movies all day that I’ve never seen though like ;

Mirror Mirror (1990) B+, Death Game (1977) B, and Wes Craven’s Summer of Fear(1978) B

Girls just want to have (sadistic) fun.
